Technology Technician/ Junior Process Engineer (Shift Working)

**About the Role**

- Act as the key contact between the Production team and other departments such as Prepress, Sample Development and Planning.

- Handle technical matters related to machine specifications, sample specifications and production requirements.

- Provide technical consultation and support to cross-functional teams.

- Participate in new product development and process improvement projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage projects for new item development.

- Follow and review Sample, First Order Deployment (FOD) and Sampling processes.

- Work with cross-functional teams to define manufacturing specifications and requirements for new samples/products.

- Resolve technical issues related to sample design and production.

- Confirm that new samples meet all requirements before mass production.

- Support other departments on production-related technical matters.

- Train and guide new staff and production operators when required.

- Participate in or lead projects to improve manufacturing processes and develop new products.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions.

- Knowledgeable of production, process control and sample development processes.

- Well-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.

- Experience in managing printing orders and sample orders is a plus.
