Project Manager

• Lead project teams in delivering customized development solutions • Manage application maintenance and support services • Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and contractual commitments • Prepare and manage project plans, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors • Provide daily direction and project execution support • Develop communication plans for stakeholders • Provide regular project status updates to clients

• Fluent Japanese communication skills • Ability to read and write Kanji • Capability to perform English ↔ Japanese translation • Project estimation capability • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage and lead multi-vendor teams • Willingness to work shifts and assigned company locations • JLPT N1–N3 certification preferred
