Logistics Repacking Supervisor

**A. Repacking Operations & Inventory Control (60%)

- Plan, coordinate and supervise Repacking operations to ensure production and promotional packing plans are completed on schedule.

- Manage manpower allocation and line balancing to optimize productivity.

- Monitor, analyze and improve Repacking line performance.

- Monitor and take responsibility for the receipt, issuance and inventory of finished goods and raw materials in the Repacking area.

- Perform system data entry and prepare daily, monthly and annual reports.

- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, annual or ad-hoc inventory checks.

**B. OEM / Third-Party Manufacturing Management (30%)**

- Manage all OEM/Third-party manufacturing activities and ensure production plans align with the company's supply plan.

- Prepare weekly production schedules and coordinate the receipt of finished goods from OEM partners to the company's FG warehouse.

- Resolve and follow up on product quality issues with OEM partners.

- Coordinate raw material supply for OEM partners.

- Monitor, reconcile and conduct inventory counts at OEM facilities.

- Control and monitor OEM production plans according to agreed schedules.

- Evaluate OEM performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

**C. Safety, Equipment & Compliance Management (5%)**

- Ensure the Repacking area complies with 5S, ISO and GMP/cGMP standards.

- Manage and monitor the condition of Repacking equipment, including electric forklifts, hand pallet trucks and other supporting equipment.

- Ensure all equipment is maintained in safe working condition.

- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents.

**D. Repacking Workforce Management (5%)**

- Plan and ensure sufficient manpower, including contractor resources, to meet production requirements.

- Manage and coordinate workforce allocation across Repacking lines to ensure smooth operations.

**Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)**

- Minimize operational waste.

- Improve productivity.

- Reduce material handling time.

- Improve picking efficiency.

- Participate in automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan.

- Có từ 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý xưởng đóng gói (Repacking).

- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống SAP, WMS.

- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt là MS Office.

- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, giọng nói rõ ràng và khả năng xử lý tình huống nhanh nhạy.

- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, thái độ tích cực và chủ động trong công việc.

- Trung thực, cẩn thận và siêng năng.
