GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

**Key Responsibilities**

I. Accounting (70%)

**A. General Accounting & Finance**

- Handle the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, accruals and provisions.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS); IFRS knowledge is a plus.

- Perform month-end closing activities accurately and within established deadlines.

- Reconcile accounting data across ERP systems, Data Warehouse and Excel reports.

- Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and account balances.

- Support internal and external audits, including the preparation of required documentation.

- Review contracts and related financial documentation.

**B. Tax Management & Reporting**

- Prepare and submit tax declarations through government systems, including VAT, CIT, PIT and FCT.

- Handle annual tax finalization and work directly with tax authorities.

- Monitor and update changes in tax regulations (Decrees, Circulars) and assess their annual impact.

- Review invoices and supporting documents to ensure tax compliance.

- Identify tax risks and recommend tax optimization solutions.

- Provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders on contracts, expenses, payments and related matters.

- Prepare and submit all statutory reports required for an FDI company in Vietnam.

**C. Other Responsibilities**

- Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks as assigned.

II. Administration (30%)

- Participate in and support administrative activities as required.

- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

- 5–7 years of experience in General Accounting and Finance.

- Solid experience in tax compliance, including VAT, CIT, PIT and FCT.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

- Experience working in multinational companies or advertising agencies is an advantage.

- Chief Accountant Certificate is a plus.

- Experience in legal or commercial finance is an advantage.
