Job description
• Provide technical service support to customers via telephone, onsite visits, and other communication channels.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and electronic issues related to:
• Frequency inverters.
• Controllers.
• 3-phase asynchronous motors.
• Synchronous motors.
• Perform onsite and remote technical support activities.
• Repair and maintain inverters, controllers, motors, and related electronic equipment within the workshop.
• Identify technical problems and document solutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in automation, electronics, and drive systems.
• Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards during all service activities.
Requirements
• Diploma, college degree or higher qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Control Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of onsite service experience in the automation industry.
• Good knowledge of:
• Frequency inverters.
• Servo motors.
• Gear motors.
• Industrial automation applications.
• Experience in repairing electronic circuit boards is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLC systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and travel regionally when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
