  • Maintain sales opportunities by stage, value, product, probability, expected timing, and next action.
  • Track each opportunity from needs assessment and consultation through samples, quotation, negotiation, order, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Escalate opportunities affected by delays, missing data, changed requirements, or a need for management support.
  • Clarify application needs, technical standards, target price, volume, lead time, and commercial terms.

  • Monitor deliveries, receivables, complaints, quality feedback, and other issues affecting customer experience.
  • Record post-sales information to support forecasting, customer care, and follow-on opportunity analysis.
  • Update customer systems, weekly and monthly reports, work schedules, contact results, and opportunity status on time.
  • Keep customer, product, pricing, forecast, and pipeline data accurate and aligned with actual business activity.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales or customer development experience; account, opportunity, quotation, order, and technical coordination experience is preferred.
  • Industry or segment knowledge is preferred; relevant technical education is advantageous for Pharma, Personal Care, Food, Nutra, or Veterinary solution sales.
  • Strong B2B customer development, needs discovery, pipeline building, and opportunity-to-revenue conversion capability.
  • Ability to manage revenue, gross profit, forecasts, pricing, receivables, and commercial risk using data.
  • Ability to coordinate with Product Portfolio, Technical, Application, Sales Administration, and Operations to complete customer transactions.
  • Strong planning, target allocation, performance control, decision-making within assigned scope, and accountability for team effectiveness.
  • Disciplined use of CRM, ERP, SharePoint, and shared trackers; data must be source-accurate, version-controlled, timely, and traceable.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, commercial awareness, customer-service orientation, resilience, and persistence.
  • Good English for technical reading, communication with customers, suppliers, and partners, and preparation of work documents and reports.
