RGF's Client - a Japanese company in manufacturing lighting - is looking for a Junior Project Sales Staff to responsible for project-based sales activities to corporate clients in construction, interior design, equipment, and manufacturing sectors, focusing on consultative sales approach and building long-term customer relationships.

Working Location: Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi City

Monthly Salary: 16M - 20M VND (Gross)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct business activities with corporate clients such as construction companies, interior design firms, equipment companies, and manufacturers.

• Regular visits to existing customers and relationship building.

• New customer acquisition.

• Gathering project information and proposal activities.

• Creation of quotations, proposals, etc.

• Coordination with internal technical and production departments.

• Customer support regarding delivery dates and specifications.

• Reporting to Japanese managers.

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree.

• Language Skills: Japanese Intermediate or English Business Level (Japanese preferable).

• Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience, including experience negotiating and working with distributors and retail store buyers.

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Experience in the lighting industry.

• Sales experience targeting Japanese manufacturers.

• Project sales experience.
