133011 - Sales Supervisor - Advertising

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the advertising industry - is looking for a Sales Supervisor to develop sales strategies, expand the client base, drive OOH/DOOH advertising sales, lead and coach the Sales team, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful campaign execution and achieve revenue targets.

Working Location: Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Monthly Salary: 24M ~ 30M VND Gross.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets.

- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

- Expand business opportunities with direct advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.

- Promote the company's OOH/DOOH advertising products and integrated media solutions.

- Supervise, coach, and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Monitor team performance through regular sales reviews and KPI evaluations.

- Collaborate with Business Produce, Creative, and Production teams to prepare sales proposals, media plans, cost estimates, quotations, and client presentations.

- Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful campaign implementation.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

- Language: Business-level English.

- Experience: At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team leader position.

- Preferred Skills:

  - Experience in OOH Advertising.

  - Experience in DOOH Advertising.

  - Experience working at an Advertising Agency.
